How much do professional headshots cost in Milwaukee?
An individual headshot session with me is $275, which includes your first professionally retouched image. Team sessions are $285 plus $85 per person, convention headshot booths start at $2,000 for a half day, and event photography starts at $1,100 for a half day. These prices cover Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Racine counties. I bring my mobile studio to you, so there’s no studio fee. All prices are plus tax.
What’s included in the $275 individual headshot price?
You get a session at your office, home, or another location you choose, your first retouched image with a free black-and-white version, my Authentic Natural Look retouching, and a custom background. The background can be almost any color or style, including one with your company logo. It also includes the Milwaukee Headshots Special SEO Process and a license for unlimited use with no time limit. I put everything I shoot in an online gallery for you to review, and it’s typically anywhere from about 10 to well over 100 images for proofing.
How much do additional looks cost?
Each additional look* is $75, and there’s no cap, so you can buy as many as you like. Every one includes a free black-and-white version. Many people add a second look for different uses, like a warm LinkedIn image and a more formal one for a company directory.

How much do team and family headshots cost per person?
It’s $285 for the session plus $85 per person, and each person’s image includes a free black-and-white version. A team session needs a minimum of two people, and families are photographed under the same pricing. The per-person price covers my retouching, a custom background (your company logo, or a match to the backgrounds a previous photographer used), and unlimited-use licensing.
Do you charge extra to come to my office or home?
Not within Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, or Racine counties. That covers Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, West Allis, Greenfield, New Berlin, Glendale, Oak Creek, and the communities between them. For Sheboygan, Washington, Jefferson, Walworth, and Kenosha counties, I add a $50 travel fee. For anywhere else in Wisconsin or other states, I’ll quote you individually.
How much do convention and conference headshots cost?
A full day (up to 8 hours) is $4,000, a half day (up to 4 hours) is $2,000, and overtime is $500 per hour, plus parking. Each participant gets one image delivered instantly by email to a private gallery, and they can buy more images for a nominal fee. Sponsor branding, a custom online scheduling calendar, and lead lists with participant names and email addresses are included at no extra charge.
What is the Milwaukee Headshots Special SEO Process?
It’s information I embed inside each photo file, such as your name or company, that helps identify who is pictured and makes the image easier to find when someone searches for you. It’s included with every image I deliver, so you don’t pay extra for it.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is a professional headshot worth the cost compared to an AI headshot or a selfie?
For most professionals, yes. A headshot is often the first impression someone gets of you before you ever meet. An AI image can look polished, but it’s an approximation of you, and a client who meets you in person may notice the difference. A selfie rarely gets the lighting, angle, and expression right. When I photograph you, I’m working with the real you until the result is beautiful, believable, and authentic. The most common comment I hear as people walk away from my camera is “That was fun!”
