How do I book a headshot session online?
Booking takes four steps: select your date from the calendar, select your time slot, fill in your information, and agree and click Book. Choose the button that matches your session: personal headshot, team, staff or new hire headshots, event headshots, or full-day or half-day event photography. If you need help or have questions, call or text me at 414-305-6955.
Which booking option should I choose?
Choose My Personal Headshot Session if you’re booking just for yourself. Choose Team, Staff, and New Hire Headshots for two or more people, which also covers families. Choose Event Headshots for a convention or conference headshot booth, and Full Day or Half Day Event Photography for roaming event coverage. If you’re not sure, call me, and I’ll point you to the right one.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a Session Questionnaire, which I need completed and returned as soon as possible. Once I have it, I send my Milwaukee Headshots “Tips” sheet. On the day, I bring my mobile studio to your location, and your photos arrive in an online gallery, typically within 48 hours.
What’s in the Session Questionnaire and the Tips sheet?
The questionnaire is where you give me the details of your session: the logistics of your location, the number of people, the style of session, your choice of backgrounds, and the look you want. The Tips sheet has practical suggestions for looking your best, so we create a great headshot together.
Is payment required to book?
Yes, payment is required at the time of booking. I accept credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers, and prices are plus tax. [CONFIRM: is there a $100 booking fee, and is the full fee due at booking or the balance later?] Pricing for every session type is on my Prices page.
Can I reschedule my session?
I don’t offer refunds, except in the case of death or critical hospitalization. Because rescheduling is always possible, most clients who can’t make their date simply move it.
What if the date or time I want isn’t on your calendar?
Call me at 414-305-6955. I’ll do everything possible to arrange my schedule so I can accommodate your request. If you’re booking a team session, book as soon as you have your date.
When are sessions available?
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Exceptions MAY be made due to special circumstances. Conventions, Conferences, and Events Events can be booked on weekends via phone call.
